The one health summer school 2019 is organized by two research groups :

Topics to be covered include different research fields in animal farming and food chain :

  • Microbiological risk and food of animal origin : assessment and control
  • Antibiotic use and antibioresistance
  • Control of infectious diseases
  • Ecology of vector borne diseases

The main objective of this summer school is to share with you knowledge and research results on one health challenges at different steps of the agri-food chain : from farm to food industry.

The summer school not only offers a fine selection of interesting courses and scientific visits, it also aims at giving you a great stay in Nantes quoted as being one of the nicest cities in France.  Nantes is also famous for being a rich, lively and innovative city (1
