  • Abstracts should be written in English preferably.
  • Indicate the title, first name and last name of the authors, underline the name of the speaker.
  • Summary size: 400 words maximum, figures accepted, references numbered as footnotes.
  • Times New Roman font, size 11, title in uppercase and bold, single-spaced.
  • Specify the name of the session to which you would like the communication to be attached:

Lunches and Diners

The Conference Center restaurant will welcome the group from Monday noon to Friday noon. The lunches are served at 13h and the dinners at 19h30.


A room at the Gulf Stream hotel and restaurant is reserved for each member of the Organizing Committee, the Scientific Committee, and guest speakers from 25 to 29 November.
For ICOS INRA and non-INRA members: an email will be sent to you giving you the procedure to follow for the accommodation at the hotel-restaurant Gulf stream.
The additional rooms will be reserved in the partner hotels (attached list).
